Terribly overpriced, badly functioning, ignores your stated choices (eg on how far you are prepared to travel), poor matching, very difficult to access support – who are unhelpful when you do, and This have an underhand renewal process by stealth. I canceled days before renewal and they still charged me.
Absolutely terrible. The app doesn’t work and there are barely any people on the site. Requested to cancel and get a refund a day after signing up. Has anyone successfully received a refund yet?

Met a guy who I thought was really special. Took some personal information from me and than tried to scam me for money to the tune of £4,000. Have reported to police. Its clearly have no vetting system. The personal support I received when reporting the scam was diabolical. No support or empathy.
Awful site. All the men were old, ugly and totally unsuitable. Most lived over 100 miles away. Many didn't provide photos. There were a few decent ones. I received a security warning about each of them! 6 in total. After nearly 4 months had enough! Cancelled subscription, deleted profile. Classic FM which I used before was far better.
This really is an appalling site. After reading the other comments, I could relate to everyone who had raised concerns. £120 lighter for a 3 month membership which would seem to generate fake emails of people expressing interest or making comments on my profile only for me to log in and see no such comments. I have to agree with all the poor comments on here. Unfortunately signed up for 6 months. Complete waste of money. Been contacted by several, what I can only call certifiable maniacs. Don't bother with this site please. Completely put me off any dating sites.

Their customer service is non existent. They hide their contact form very well so you need to navigate around the site to find it, they always take you away from it when you try find it! The site is set up to ensure it is almost impossible to cancel your extortionate subscription. There is NO, yes NO cancel subscription button although the site says one exists.
